The Selection 

  • Conduct in-depth video interviews with each candidate
  • Obtain professional references prior to candidate presentation
  • Complete review of candidates with client including interest level, work history and accomplishments, compensation history and desired income to make a move
  • Assist client in candidate interviews from the initial offer to final offer and acceptance

The Follow-Up

  • Close contact with the placed candidate and client over the course of one year
  • Identify areas of concern and initiate discussions, as needed
